Aaj mene seekha ki kissi cheez ko start krne ki soch rhe Or jyaada overthinking kr rahe ho toh zyaada socho mat , us kaam ke karne ke liye immidiate action lo , chae wah chote se chota action kuch bhi ho skta jaise morning uth nhi skthe toh use thoda der mein uthkar walk pr jaaye ya koi breathing exercise kare jise kuch Aisa feel hoga ki kuch aaj ka din waste nhi kya or mene apne goal ki kadam uthana shuru kr diya hai.
