Aaj mere nowaste challenge ka 40 din complete ho gaya hai. Kal Independence Day tha to mai waterfall place par gaya tha. Khub swimming kiya aur mujhe Raat se hi fever and sneezing hai. Isliye aaj maine workout nahi kiya. Maine medicine le liya hai kal se workout karunga.
