Aaj Shri Krishna Janmashtami hai , mera aaj vrat tha , to subha se healthy khana khya , jaise nuts, almonds,dahi shaam ko 2 ghantte workout kiya , aaj chest aur tricep ki training kari , uske baad kegal exercises kare . Aaj ka din bahot shubh tha , main ab pahale se jyada energetic feel kr raha hoon.
